More Ransomware Silliness
No idea where these people learn to be so cruel or malicious. Recently the UKash/Metropolitan Police/ lock down virus has taken a turn for the even worse, it now stealthily encrypts files and pictures.
Currently repairing a system with it on, removal is easy.. the decryption stage is a lot harder.
Update:
Still working on some sample files, have determined the only legible thing in files (possibly a name or handle, doubt its part o the encryption) being ‘CR_M0x04′.
Seems everyone else is stumped too.

You might call me a Pessimist, but its how i see the world, to me i'd be a Realist. I see something wrong in the world and comment and sometimes its a funny observation, can't tell if people are laughing because its silly, yet it happened.
Trying to find a way to live, applied for hundreds of jobs in the past 2 years to ony have a 10% response rate and even lower interview rate..
I’ve had to admit defeat on this one.
The bad guys win in destroying someones hard work and livelihood, and i don’t like it.
The encryption method an not be worked out. I really hope that these people are tracked down and prevented from harming peoples lives.
